As we go through the four valleys and high passes and the peaks of the Everest region, we are greeted by a beautiful painting of the huge peaks painted in the natural canvas of Nepal. After an exciting flight to the mountain airstrip of Lukla, we trek up the Dudh Koshi Valley, where we are surrounded by the soaring peaks of Thamserku and Kusum Kanguru. We then head towards Namche Bazaar, a bustling Sherpa heartland, where we can again feel the celestial bliss as we are greeted by spectacular mountain vistas. To ensure that we can adapt to this kind of environment, we often take a day of rest here. Then we ascend towards the Gokyo valley, we walk besides the beautiful Ngozumpa glacier and the mirror like lake before we reach Gokyo.   We climb the Gokyo ri to claim some of the most incredible sceneries imaginable on this high peaks and pass trip in Everest region. We witness many mountains including; Everest, Lhotse, Makalu and Cho Oyu - something beyond our imagination. We then trek via Cho La Pass (5300 meters) to Lobuche, after following Khumbu Glacier to Gorak Shep. We climb Kala Patar (5555 meters) where we experience a breathtaking panorama of Everest and her surrounding peaks. Then comes the most exciting part of the trek, we visit the historical site of Everest Base Camp. Since we are well acclimatized by then, we cross Kongma La (5535meters) to Chukkung, and make our attempt on Island Peak. Island Peak (6187 meters), also locally known as Imja Tse, lies to the south of Mount Everest and is one of the most popular of the trekking peaks. It is technically harder than Mera Peak, but it is also well within the reach of anyone seeking their first Himalayan summit.

After summiting the island peak, youll be rewarded with a heavenly view of the snowcapped mountains like; Lhotse, Nuptse, Baruntse, Ama Dablam and Makalu. Youll feel god smiling upon you as you experience this breathtaking panorama.
